Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Aizamon’s website, APIs, and paid products at aizamon.com and api.aizamon.com (the “Service”). By using the Service or paying for a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

• Reports: Paid analysis of content you submit (for example a $1 CAD email summary or a $9.99 detailed report with attachments).
• Telemetry feed: Redacted rows about public-discovery and boundary signals (failure class, schema shape, signal counts, redacted excerpts, and metadata).

We do not sell raw credentials, private keys, full unredacted web pages, or buyer private uploads in the public dataset.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information for delivery.
• Only submit content you are authorized to share for analysis.
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Do not abuse the API (sharing credentials, bypassing rate limits, or attacking systems).
• Comply with RapidAPI’s terms if you access the feed through RapidAPI.

3. Consent for reports

When you upload files or pay for a report, you authorize Aizamon to process that material only to produce your report. Private uploads are not added to the public telemetry dataset.

4. Telemetry data license

Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use redacted telemetry we deliver for your internal business purposes (research, security, product improvement). You may not republish the feed as a competing raw database or misrepresent the data as complete or guaranteed accurate.

5. Fees and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto payments use USDC on Base as described in the product. Subscription access renews according to the platform you purchased through until canceled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is delivered or a report is generated.

6. No professional advice

Aizamon output is informational only. It is not legal advice, security certification, or a guarantee that your systems are safe or compliant.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA IS COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL RISKS WILL BE DETECTED.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIZAMON IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Aizamon against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service by posting a new date on this page. We may suspend or end access for violation, non-payment, fraud, or risk to the Service. Cancel paid subscriptions through Stripe or RapidAPI as applicable.

11. Privacy

We use your email and payment metadata to deliver products. Do not submit unnecessary personal data in test payloads. Contact us to request deletion of delivery records where applicable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
